LASY I GOSPODARKA LEŚNA W GALICJI W ŚWIETLE AUSTRIACKICH AKTÓW NORMATYWNYCH PRZEŁOMU XVIII I XIX WIEKU
S t r e s z c z e n i e
W artykule omówiono zagadnienia związane z leśnictwem i gospodarką leśną z obszaru Galicji w austriackich aktach normatywnych wydanych w latach 1772–1815. W 1782 roku został opublikowany Uniwersał zawierający w sobie przepisy lasów, który aż do 1852 roku był najważniejszym aktem prawnym z zakresu leśnictwa. Problematyce gospodarowania lasami w dobrach królewskich poświęcone zostały odrębne uniwersały z lat 1784, 1796 i 1804. Szeroko rozumiana problematyka leśna (ochrona lasu, karanie przestępców leśnych, handel drewnem, korzystanie z lasów przez chłopów, eksploatacja lasów) poruszana była w szeregu innych rozporządzeń cesarskich i władz gubernialnych we Lwowie.

FORESTS AND FOREST CULTUVATION IN GALICIA IN THE LIGHT OF THE AUSTRIAN NORMATIVE ACTS AT THE TURN OF THE 18TH CENTURY
S u m m a r y
The article discusses questions related to forestry and forest cultivation in Galicia in Austrian normative acts issued in the years 1772–1815. In 1782 the Universal including forest regulations was published, which until 1852 was the most important legal act concerning forestry. Problems of forest cultivation in the crown lands were dealt with in separate universals from 1784, 1796 and 1804. An extensively understood issue of forestry (forest protection, punishment of forest offenders, wood trade, use of forests by peasants, forest exploitation) was mentioned in a number of other decrees published by imperial and gubernium authorities in Lviv.
